Tenure Advisory is assembling a diverse team of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) specialists for a potential high-impact consultancy with a leading international development finance institution.
Scope:
Supporting ESG risk management capacity building across Sub-Saharan Africa, particularly within EFSD+ and IYBA programs under the EU Global Gateway Strategy.
We’re seeking the following experts:
- Team Lead / Senior ESG Coordinator (International): 10+ years’ experience, IFC Performance Standards, Environmental and Social Managemernt Systems (ESMS) capacity building
- Senior ESG Specialist Sector (Energy| Infrastructure / Agriculture, Forestry Fisheries): 8+ years’ experience, Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) design & implementation, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA)
- Senior ESG Specialist Financial Intermediaries: 8+ years’ experience, FI ESMS, EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR)/EU Taxonomy exposure Social Performance / GBVH Specialist: 7+ years’ experience, stakeholder engagement, grievance mechanisms, Gender-Based Violence and Harassment (GBVH) risk management
Geographic Scope:
Sub-Saharan Africa (local/ regional expertise encouraged)
Delivery:
Blended (in-country + remote)
